Here, healing isn’t one-size-fits-all. Each session is 45 minutes and personalized for what your body and energy need most that day. You may choose one modality or blend a few together for a deeper reset—like ear seeds or acupressure to balance your body’s energy channels, Reiki to restore flow and harmony, EFT tapping to release stress and emotion, or Yoga Nidra to guide your mind into deep rest and rejuvenation.

Reiki
Energy medicine for your soul.
 Reiki is a gentle, hands-on energy healing technique that helps clear energetic blockages and restore balance throughout the body. Using light touch or hovering hands, Reiki supports your body’s natural ability to heal by calming the nervous system and promoting deep relaxation. Many women describe it as a warm, peaceful flow of energy—leaving them feeling lighter, clearer, and deeply centered.
Yoga Nidra
Rest for your mind and nervous system.
 Yoga Nidra, or “yogic sleep,” is a guided meditation practice that takes you into a state between waking and sleeping—where the body fully relaxes, and the mind drifts into effortless rest. It soothes the nervous system, supports hormonal balance, and helps release long-held tension and stress. Just one session can feel like hours of deep sleep, leaving you restored, grounded, and at ease from the inside out.
Ear Seeds / Ear Acupressure

 Ear seeds are tiny, gentle seeds or pellets placed on specific points of the ear that correspond to different organs and systems in the body. Rooted in Traditional Chinese Medicine, this simple yet powerful practice helps rebalance energy flow, calm the nervous system, reduce stress, and support overall well-being. It’s like acupuncture—without needles—and can be used to relieve tension, improve sleep, and promote emotional balance.

Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT / Tapping)
