Includes: HTMA test kit, video review of your test results and explanation of your bio-individual personalized health plan plus a PDF copy of your 15+ page Personalized Bio-individual Health Plan detailing your test results and exactly what you need to do to feel your best, decrease nagging symptoms and thrive in the areas of nutrition, lifestyle and supplements! Includes resources for stress management and meal prepping as well as supplements specific to your body.
Option to order a personalized organic supplement blend specifically made for you (has your name right on it!) based on your HTMA test results. This will be an additional cost and details will be in your plan and reviewed in the video.
Follow up email consultation included after you receive your results to answer any questions you may have.
Result and plans can take up 4-6 weeks from when you mail in the hair sample, depending on lab turnaround times.
