FAQs

  • It’s a simple, at-home hair sample (just a small amount). I provide all instructions and mail the kit directly to them.

  • Once the lab receives the sample, results are back in about 2–3 weeks (sometimes sooner!).

    Once I receive the HTMA results from the lab you and your client will receive their results within 1-2 weeks depending on the volume of testing I am reviewing.

  • Leave that all to me!

    That’s exactly why I offer interpretation and protocol support as part of the packages. You’ll never be left wondering what to do.
