Yoga Nidra Meditation – A deeply restful, guided meditation that quiets the mental chatter, eases overwhelm, and helps reset your body’s stress response. It’s like pressing the reset button—for your mind and your metabolism. No movement needed, just rest and relax.
SereniTea Lounge Vibes – Arrive between 5:30–6:00pm to enjoy a warm herbal tea, coffee, or a sweet treat in the cozy tea house before we begin. The session begins promptly at 6:00pm.
What the evening looks and feels like:
You’ll recline in a comfy lounger with the option of an eye mask and soft, soothing music. Once your body begins to settle, you’ll be guided into a state of conscious rest—where the body heals, the mind unwinds, and cravings for control or comfort begin to fade.
